Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

MyMeli, Inc., doing business as “Meli” (“Meli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to our website visitors, mobile application users and customers to help you understand how we collect, use, process, and share your personal information, and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights.

This policy covers the TennisForecast mobile app (also shown as TennisCast in some screens). TennisForecast shows weather and tennis-play conditions for a place you choose. It does not create accounts and does not require an email or password.

1. Scope and updates

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our websites, mobile applications, and other online or offline offerings. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, our websites, mobile applications, and other offerings are collectively called the “Services.”

This page covers TennisForecast (iOS and Android), bundle ID com.tenniscast.app (also shown as TennisCast in some screens), and related website pages for the app.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the app, we may process:

We do not collect name, email, or an account from inside the app. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs or in-app analytics trackers in TennisForecast.

3. Why we use data

Legal bases under LGPD may include performance of a contract (providing the forecast you asked for), consent (location permission), legal obligation, and legitimate interests that do not override your rights.

4. Sharing and third parties

Coordinates or search text leave the device only to fetch the forecast or resolve a place name. TennisForecast calls:

Those providers process the request on their infrastructure and under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not operate a TennisForecast backend that stores your location or search history.

5. International transfers

Weather and geocoding providers may process requests outside Brazil. When that happens, we rely on contractual and technical measures consistent with LGPD, including HTTPS.

6. Retention

Place and weather data stored by the app remain on your device until you change the place, clear the app’s data, or uninstall TennisForecast. We do not keep a copy of your location on our servers. Emails you send for support are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Security

Requests to weather and geocoding APIs use encrypted transport (HTTPS). Location permission is optional. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; keep your device updated.

8. Your rights (LGPD)

You may request:

Most TennisForecast data lives only on your device: uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes that local data. For other requests, email felipe@stabel.com.br. You may also contact Brazil’s Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

9. App Store and Google Play

Location is requested only to show the forecast for your region. Granting the permission is optional. Apple and Google privacy labels in the store listing describe the same categories. This page is the public privacy policy for TennisForecast.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be available at this URL with a new date. Material changes will be highlighted when required.

11. Contact

The Company is the controller of the personal information we process under this Privacy Policy.
